Scott Martin – Network Technician      As with many technicians, Scott began working with computers as a hobby.  The more he learned, the more he wanted to know.  The hobby led to study and training and eventually to careers in the IT field.  Scott's work with computer systems has been greatly enhanced with advanced training courses and acheiving several computer industry certifications.     For the past several years, Scott's career has centered around computer systems.  In his last position before joining VBC Networks, Scott worked double duty as a technologist serving as both a CAD (Computer Aided Design) Operator and as the first level of Computer and Network Support for the business.      Scott's professional experience and training is complemented by several certifications - A+ Certified (Computer Service Certification) and Network+ (Network Support and Administration Certification).  The A+ and Network+ certifications are vendor neutral certifications sponsored by the Computer Technology Industry Association.  Scott has also successfully completed MSCE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) training courses. A+ Certified Network+ Certified
